The meeting was an informal exchange of experiences and information.
Easter Party
Sam suggested an afternoon get together in the Easter holidays. Sam will arrange a bouncy castle and approach Ibstock for a donation for the refreshments. This has been pencilled in for Sunday 6th April 2008 but needs to be confirmed with Julie Hancock who deals with the hall’s bookings. Also for use that afternoon will be the recently purchased toys, games and equipment which, as well as books, are always available for loan from Allsorts.
Storage
At the moment Sam is storing all the equipment and books at home and does not have the space. Any offers or ideas?
Fundraising Evening
Maisie is to contact Windjammers re. a fundraising evening where a proportion of the takings would go to Allsorts.
